It's unfortunate they haven't responded. I only use the app at the moment. If you're using a web version, I wouldn't be surprised if something in your autistic setup is the cause 😂

Not to victim blame, but you know how it is. Companies tend to use blanket tools that don't much care for people with even a little concern for privacy/security.
