I told my wife I was going to start buying btc. She was like "okay". She doesn't want to be involved in the finances and that's fine with me. I was DCAing like a maniac. One day I mentioned we were all in on btc. She wasn't mad, but she was surprised. She thought I meant I was going to buy once. For a second she felt as if I had told her I gambled everything on red at the casino.
When I explained how much we had in unrealized gains she relaxed. Then I told her I'm not selling for fiat. That this is generational wealth and that we'll use it as currency when needed. She's still not super happy with the "I'm not selling" part. She doesn't know what bitcoin really is and she is not interested in learning.
