That's not a Lightning address its an on-chain address

The easist way to get a Lighning address is to use Wallet of Satoshi. Its probably the most common Lightning wallet used on Nostr. It isn't necessarily the best but its very easy and once you get the hang of it you can get a more robust wallet. Wallet of Satoshi is available for iOS & Android 👍

Ok well you need to figure out how to get a LNURL. Most Nostr accounts have their zaps sent to LNURL's. Mine is chipbutty@getalby.com. I suggest getting Wallet of Satoshi which will give you one as soon as you set it up & use that for now & then figure out Bit Banana later. Just my 2 sats

No its going to look like a URL or email addess not a big string of numbers something like Plebzie@myzaps.com or Plebzie@lightningwallet.com. Something readable
