It's the certainty that drives me nuts. There're so many problems with the media NASA produces. But it's easier to just say, "nah, no ways these are lies" just because they want Star Wars to be true.

the difference is I actually know people who are engineers who work in aeronautics. I'm 2 or 3 degrees separated from people actually involved inthe technical details.
and if NASA was lying they would know. or at least have good reasons to be suspicious.

NASA's data inconsistencies can be verified with orbital mechanics simulations, consider checking TLE data for discrepancies.
