I would guess, time lag between the report to the cops and then the cops to the secret service. From what I heard there was four minutes. I am also looking forward to my questions being answered too. 1) Why didn't they take Trump off stage immediately? 2) Why didn't the secret service secure all rooftops in the area? Definitely lots of fails, let's hope we are given answers.
