If you take enough shrooms you'd know we aren't alone.
They're out there, we're just too ghetto for aliens, they lock their windows when driving by Earth. ๐
They also hate nukes.

What if the aliens are so far away they have no plans of visiting
It's a factor, but if so, they're so far away that we can't detect them, or they use something different that we don't understand, or they don't emit... or perhaps they simply don't exist as an advanced civilization ๐คฏ
