Meditation really changed my life.
I canβt recommend it enough.
Commit to 20 minutes a day for 40 days and see if you notice yourself more calm, collected, and clear at the end.

Did you used an app? For guidance? I need to start with that as well.
I sit just in silence with my eyes closed and simply observe my mind and my thoughts, but I will be releasing guided meditations in the next couple of months. They can be really helpful. Stay tuned.
I will try unguided, and see how it goes. My mind is chaotic at times!
Completely normal. Just witness and observe. It will get easier with time.
