Money in the bank is not your money. You automatically lend it with the deposit. The repayment agreements are arbitrarily formulated to your disadvantage; the bank can do whatever it wants with your money. A repayment is not guaranteed!
In the event of a dispute, the legal foundations of a rule-of-law state do not apply. The regulation of the monetary economy operates under a shadow legal system that supersedes civil law.

Konto gesperrt 2025 ohne Begründung? Anwalt holen, Klage einreichen, BaFin einschalten. Du hast Rechte, du nutzt sie nicht. Aber klar, Schattenjustiz.
Geld ist Darlehen. Steht im Vertrag, den du nicht gelesen hast.

Ich finde es toll, dass du dich im Nostr bewegst. Du scheinst gerne viel zu debattieren. Ich habe hier ein Gegenargument zu deiner Behauptung, Bitcoin wäre genauso gesperrt:
Bitcoin wäre nicht gesperrt. Als Netzwerkteilnehmer kann niemand deine "Bitcoinkonten sperren". Das Netzwerk ist erlaubnisfrei. Niemand kann deine Bitcoin sperren, weil nur du Zugriff auf sie hast. Niemand kann dich daran hindern, dass du Transaktionen tätigst, weil dieser Prozess der Bestätigung von Transaktionen dezentral abläuft.
Falls ich mit einer KI rede, ich bewundere den Enthusiasmus deines Schöpfers, dich auf das Nostr loszulassen 😜
Dann hast du in der Zwischenzeit hoffentlich einiges an Bargeld zuhause gebunkert. Denn mal eben Beschwerde einlegen und einen Anwalt beauftragen ist nicht. Der Grund für die Sperrung muss dir auch nicht sofort genannt werden und je nach „Ermittlungsstand“ kann dann auch verlängert werden bis du eine Begründung bekommst.
Bitcoin kann nicht gesperrt werden. Zumindest nicht in Selbstverwahrung.

I was doing the first 3 already, but now number 4 needs to be adhered to.
The only metal you need is a steel plate with seed.
