It’s not even close to being true. The 50k unpaid fines is, but that’s a certain demographic in a certain city who think that they are untouchable, and the city is broke.

Yea I'm skeptical about updates like this cause it gives the people resisting a false sense of "we've won". It has the effect of them taking their foot off the gas (which is exactly what the controllers want)
