Tried. It's like bringing non-bikers to a biker bar. Just doesn't work. No matter how good you tell them the beer is they take one look around and go 'cleary not for me', then see ya.

I think this highlights what social media has truly become for a lot of people; entertainment.
If it was about connecting with friends, the "Following" feeds would be all we need, but the "FYP" dominates.
There's no difference between turning on the TV and opening TikTok/Instagram for a lot of people. They want stimulus and entertainment.
I onboarded my mom, grandma, boyfriend, friends that paint, knitt, photograph, juggle, slackline. I also gave all of them some sats so they can zap so now they are bitcoiners or what 😂
