I think you can resolve it by adding more relays (for broadcast or writing)

Add more relays. You have 6-7. Go for 15-20.
Could be your relays.

I don't think there is much visibility after a post. So, if you don't see it in real time, there is no algorithm to make things relevant.
I could be wrong, but I think we can only see things "as" they are posted.
