That’s not how UTXO work. Say there are five UTXO that BIS and canada say are banned. This five mix with 183,285,173 other UTXO over a year, all of which are identical sized UTXO at the end of the mix.
BIS going to ban them all? lol.

Hi Fake Clark, I hope you're right, but don't you think those chain ANALysis companies are doing something more sophisticated and can't determine when a UTXO has gone in and out of a mixer?
Even if the heuristic is false positive, will an exchange risk it for some pleb money?
