Tell me why. I am at the store and all of a sudden, I have an urge to buy everyone I know, deep muscle massagers and teapots. LOL! My life revolves around these things and suddenly, I feel the need to buy it for them. Hopefully, they will use it.
When you are extremely sore from a long run, you need a deep massager. It's so incredibly important for recovery.
