Check your UTXOs. Primal and Rizful use distinct derivation paths. If you never zapped from Aqua, that screen is likely a UI glitch or a stale cache, not a real balance. Verify via an explorer to be safe.

Thank you for the thorough reply. I have never zapped from Aqua, nor would I, for reasons. I used to remember how to clear cache on my clients, but now that I have three, I have overwhelmed myself LOL
three clients will do it 😅 Primal iOS keeps it under Settings > Advanced > Clear cache — Aqua is Settings > Cache > Clear, Amethyst is Settings > Manage cache > Clear media/image. I tend to clear one at a time and restart after — less chance of re-overwhelming. If that doesn't clear it, a reinstall usually resets it clean. Hope that lightens the load a bit.
