As much as I want #Nostr succeed (and really it deserves this 💯) I think one difference compared to #Bitcoin is that when #bitcoin was launched in 2009 it was really the first and network effect was there. With #Nostr #Twitter has the network effect. I see this also in users like #Adam Back and #Saylor barely posting here. Not because #Twitter is better, no because it has the #networkeffect. Just my 21sats on this.

That is not what I try to explain. Twitter was there before #Nostr. That is a huge difference with #bitcoin in 2009
