He found a remote spot near Vorona Monastery, Romania, and built a small hermitage. Despite his desire for seclusion, his holiness attracted many seeking spiritual guidance. He became known for his wisdom, compassion, and miraculous healings. It is said that he could predict the future and that wild animals would come to him for blessings.
