Nice, how long soak time? 6 months, or a year? We usually do 6 months for more of a "reserve" quality. Haven't done a year yet...

These will be no less then 18 months… We will not use anything less then 12 months… We have some that are close to 3-4 years for personal use…

I’m gonna guess we have ~1+ gallon of personal use vanilla extracts that are from various countries & alcohols and probably the same amount of vanilla paste from different countries with different alcohols…
