The only way to truly resolve « State Capitalism » and have a truly free market is to devolve the idea of a « Corporation » Everyone needs to act on their own legally as themselves. Corporative entities can exist but the responsible parties need to act as themselves and be responsible by themselves while in office of the corporative entity. This includes any Government officials. Real binding liability can cure all our current problems. This will do 2 things 1) make sure that the « person in charge » does what ever needed for a positive, least liability outcome. 2) ensure that the riskiest behaviors are in the smallest possible pool of liability structure. real responsibility cures socially shielded bad behavior that appears to be benevolent but turn out to be much more insidious.
