There is "filecoin" and "chia" which allegedly do that storage renting stuff. Doesn't really seem to work.

In theory a great idea, they just all have shitcoins attached to them... IPFS + lightning would be cool imo
I suppose here the idea is rather a developer platform which enables code sharing and communication for developers/development.
