🇮🇹 Oggi voglio parlare ai #developer.
Anch’io, nella prima parte del mio percorso, sono stato uno di voi. Ho sviluppato applicativi per anni e so bene cosa significhi: progetti appassionanti, sfide continue, tensioni da gestire, momenti di euforia… e sì, anche qualche notte in bianco.
So quanto questo lavoro sia coinvolgente e stimolante, ma anche quanto possa diventare “demanding”: l’evoluzione tecnologica non aspetta nessuno. Ogni giorno ci si confronta con scadenze serrate, complessità implementative, requisiti poco chiari, qualità da garantire, aggiornamenti continui, nuovi linguaggi, framework, architetture, infrastrutture, best practice… senza contare la difficoltà di comunicare questa complessità a clienti, fornitori o colleghi.
E oggi, con l'arrivo dell'#AI, tutto accelera ancora di più, e la situazione può sembrare davvero fuori controllo... 🌪️
Dalla mia esperienza personale, ho imparato che queste sfide – e in fondo tutte le sfide della vita – si possono affrontare in due modi:
✅ In modo attivo: sentendoti padrone della situazione, centrato e proattivo
❌ In modo reattivo: subendo gli eventi e rispondendo solo per reazione
Oggi, da #coach ma anche da persona che continua a vivere la #tecnologia ogni giorno, scelgo di stare accanto ai developer che sentono il bisogno di un #cambiamento: un nuovo passo, un cambio di marcia, o persino una direzione diversa. Anche, e soprattutto, quando sembra che non ci siano le condizioni per farlo.

🇬🇧 Today I want to speak to #developers.
In the first part of my journey, I was one of you. I developed applications for years, so I know very well what it means: exciting projects, constant challenges, tensions to manage, moments of euphoria… and yes, even a few sleepless nights.
I know how engaging and stimulating this work can be, but also how demanding it gets: technological evolution waits for no one. Every day you deal with tight deadlines, implementation complexities, unclear requirements, quality assurance, constant updates, new languages, frameworks, architectures, infrastructures, best practices… not to mention the challenge of explaining this complexity to clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
And today, with the rise of #AI, everything is accelerating even more, and it can really feel like things are spiraling out of control... 🌪️
From my personal experience, I’ve learned that these challenges—and, really, all of life’s challenges—can be faced in two ways:
✅ Actively: feeling in charge, centered, and proactive.
❌ Reactively: letting events take over and simply responding to them.
Today, as a #coach but also as someone who still lives and breathes #technology every day, I choose to stand beside developers who feel the need for #change: a step forward, a change of pace, or even a completely different direction. Even—and especially—when it seems like the conditions aren’t there.
