My experience with the customer support is also very bad, you can't really call it support. They didn't respond to my email for weeks, after I sent a reminder they answered that they missed the first one. I was told to provide more details on my issue I had at that time, which I did. After that never heard anything again (probably they missed the mail, againπ)
Since then never touched that service again
