Donโt use Telegram?
The official Telegram MCP from Anthropic is vibe-coded garbage. You can just use /mcp, select Telegram and choose Reconnect and it instantly works. But it disconnects when you least expect it.
The solution is to fork the plugin, fix it yourself, and use your fixed version. Maybe rewriting it to use Webhooks it the better approach.
The trade off is you have to use the poorly named dangerous channel flag and it requires confirming that you intend to use the flag each time Claude opens.
I want to talk with it when I walk around
You canโt just use the Claude app?
Cannot edit my git repo I guess ? Can ?
Of course it can. You just have to give it access permissions.
You guys are making it too hard for yourselves. The Claude app can do pretty much everything, and you can always switch over to the CLI/IDE whenever youโre back at your desk.
Thing is I run Claude Code in a rootless container, that way I can run it with bypass permissions or auto and not worry too much.
I donโt think the Claude app will give me that isolation level.
The mobile app doesnโt have any root access. It just spins up cloud containers. Finished or WIP branches can be carried over to production when ready.
Ah I thought you meant the Claude desktop app for some reason. I havenโt used it yet, will take a look!
No, this was a response to @Sherryโs post about wanting to use Claude while walking around. After using a ClawBot over Telegram and Signal for a few weeks, I found it to be pretty annoying to maintain and just started using the app, and it does most of what I need it to.
