This last week has seen my bank app fail. It's something I can live with but was wondering if its something the bank has done or Graphene? Any ideas. I know I'm being a little vague

Banks can use the Play Integrity API to block any operating system that isn't Google Certified. Seems like what has happened here.
I figured. I called them twice, they reset it twice, it worked for a few hours and then didn't. Not once did they question my equipment (ooh er).
