You aren't really wrong. For studio recordings we have the advantage of layering some different parts and perfecting things. For live shows since we are just three guys it sounds a little more raw, and as you say "thin". We try to make up for it by putting in as much energy as we can into live performances! Let's say I have difficulties to express what I like or don't like about art/music. It's that change at around 1.30 min. Also that short intro like searching a channel is cool. It's one of these songs I hear for the first time and I go like 'yes, you have my attention'... Imho great work, great songwriting 👍🎶
