This was unclear to me. It says crypto that is backed by real assets. Would they mean for that to allow for bitcoin or not? Sure, some may view bitcoin as backed by energy, but you could certainly see a government not interpreting it that way.

No idea. Whole regulation sound like for tokenized assets, but from what i understand they also want to have control on what exchanges locals trade (only registered in vn) fiat to btc/crypto
