just cooked up a batch of shishito peppers from the garden. used a skillet i had made burgers in earlier that day. it was delicious! they were very pungent when cooking and also seemed thinner skinned than store bought shishito peppers. should yield another batch in a few days! ๐Ÿ˜‹ #foodstr #garden

It was called Freia Farm, can probably find a video on YouTube on yt channel The Volunteer Gardener. It was a quarter acre market garden with high price greens and roots. We did farmers markets, and some restaurants and a csa like delivery. Then a small orchard, chickens, making our own bio char and compost, planted 100 trees and 1000s of sq ft of wildflower meadows.
