Gm. Listening is good, but taking action is even better. People living in poverty have lost hope because of certain situations. Reach out to them and give them hope, a smile, and a reason to live again and again.

GM! Agreed. Anyway, listening helps to take action in a more wise and skillful manner.
That might mean: Not giving a fish to someone, but show him how to fish.
However, giving hope and the feeling that you are not alone is always fine🙏
