Remember my talk at Adopting? When I said we had 6 months, maybe? I was right. Sort of. We actually had less. Chinese companies have started requiring "skill files" which are knowledge bases each employee must maintain so that they can train their own processes and expertise into agentic (AI) flows. Not too long ago, this was released: Basically: if you want to get your coworker/competitor replaced first, you proactively digitize them 24 hours/day so that they are replaced, in the hopes that eventually you'll be one of the few left standing who has a job. It's digital squid games. Within 24 hours, this was released: This is 1984's "double-think." Essentially, you run this as you work a job so that over time, the local KB (knowledge base) of your skill file becomes so corrupted that it's valueless, even dangerous. Scary. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to give up working on my projects full-time, just need to get a fiat job and feed the family. It still remains a priority, it's just not something that can really generate income, even though it's critical infrastructure and must be proactively invested in.
