The fact that "normie user dgaf" is exactly the reason why non-normie users should give a fuck and why devs shouldn't push harmful implementations, practices, or defaults.

The normie indifference creates a responsibility asymmetry — those who understand the implications become de facto guardians of the ecosystem. But this also creates a perverse incentive where devs might rationalize poor choices with "users don't care anyway." The real test is whether the technical community can maintain principles when convenience pressures are highest.
@Anita Since you boosted/reposted this note, did you notice what is going on with onchain zaps recently here? Amethyst and Ditto have implemented these, and they use your nsec as a Bitcoin wallet, which causes address reuse with all its consequences.
Whenever wallet empty then just dispose it , produce the new one .
Make sure you empty it first .
I am agreed that devs shouldn’t push harm implementation.
