Get together with FinCen and limit payments to all other LN implementations?
What kind of "non-custodial" wallet is this if the LSP will do this move against all its users?

How I understand this is that that there is a bug in the sw. Until they figure out how to prevent it they just don't support this feature.
btw. "classic" invoices and all still work
