Growing sugar to make alcohol is in that list too. Farms are the target in my region. Who really needs food anyway?

Food, heat, money, communication. Every pillar of self-sufficiency gets the same treatment. First it's "safety concerns," then licensing, then outright bans. The pattern is the policy.
