Really, nearly every cleaning agent can be categorized as:
- Low pH (acids)
- High pH (bases)
- Oxydizing (like hydrogen peroxide, or bleach)
- Solvents (alcohols)

I use IPA sometimes.
That works well too!
Btw, if you're using it as a disinfectant, 70% is better than 90%, as it evaporates slower. The 90% evaporates so quickly that some microorganisms can survive it.
