I don't know of a single Monero wallet that doesn't cycle through subaddresses by default.
Feather, Stack, and Cake Wallet all have Tor built in the wallet
The problem is it costs time and money to coinjoin so most people wont do it. Monero you just press send and its the equivalent of having a default "coinjoin" without needing to wait or pay extra money. To any third party observer addresses on Moneros chain are unlinkable to public addresses. Theres also no ability to perform amount analysis like you can with coinjoins since they're hidden by default on Monero.
I will give you that ring signatures (and coinjoins) are not good enough long term (though better privacy than 99% of blockchains out there). Which is why Monero is moving to FCMP++
