If i put a gun to your head and said you die or figure out a way to make a private bitcoin transaction you couldn't figure out a way to do it?

Yeah, but that doesnt's make it untrackable. The transaction still trackable, what is untrackable is who owns that UTXO, we are not talking about the same thing...
