So this is another middleman. Its not bitcoin anymore. Its something else but not bitcoin. Bitcoin is suppose to be use without a third party or any one else.

That not the way. People gonna cry more, like usual when they realize after 3 years that this was another tactic to separate them from the money. Responsibility and decisions that come w the fact that they are nobody between u and the other party in a transaction.
