A form of speech which is capable of cutting through censorship & reaching a frightened, obedient & submissive populace to directly challenge the regime's narrative
As the build-out of dystopian surveillance & censorship infrastructure accelerates, especially in the EU, UK & Australia, public art will remain important freedom tech & a bastion of free speech
