Like the style. Though the D, R and C part is tricky to decipher. The first initials I saw at a glance were LR and LP. The C is quite subtle in comparison and gets lost, especially with the compromise made on its shape.

Sorry, Amethyst didn't show notifications for your reply so I missed it. The ways it's staggered, it looks like there's 3 letters in total. So think the challenge is in visually balancing them more equally so it's clear there is 4. Although I suppose the RC initials aren't a as important as the LD because Lightning Dashers is the unique brand name part. RC (Run Club) is the functional part. So you could also try emphasizing the LD together and then the RC less emphasized together. Just food for thought
