Have you shared them on Nostr? I had an eye infection a few weeks ago. It had been going on for a couple of days and then one night I had a vivid dream. In my lower eyelid there was a deep black hole and I put my fingers in and grabbed an intense yellow centipede. I pulled it out. My eye infection was gone the next day.
