The Borderlands is an amazing horror film. The characters literally arrive on a gigantic Lovecraftian deity — the whole church is built right on top of its body — and then crawl straight into its ass 🤣 The sound shifts, the space shifts. Some things jump out right away, some you only catch on a second viewing, and others you learn about online. With basically no budget at all, the filmmakers put in the effort and delivered a proper Lovecraft-style film — and one of the best found-footage horrors ever made. #filmstr
