I expect by the time she is in age to make such an ask understanding how bad screens are, particularly phones, will be so common that she'll be able to self-limit without looking like a total weirdo. we'll see, one thing I've learned about parenting (and life) is that you mostly don't need to get ahead of yourself trying to fix problems that have not occurred and might never do.
