2) bisq, angora desk, if you have no kyc btc you can atomic swap even with ln
You can also easily convert your bitcoin to monero on fixedfloat or trocadorapp without kyc without registration directly on their home page
no-KYC options:
If you want to buy with fiat use Bisq or Agoradesk/LocalMonero
If you have Bitcoin or another crypto use Trocador.app to swap and get some
