As someone who has struggled with lower back issues / sciatica from an injury in my early adult years, hanging knee raises have done a lot to remedy my issues. As I got stronger at the movement I take my knees up over my head now. But that is literally the only movement I’ve found that has effectively cured my sciatica and lower back pain. Worth a shot. My lower back was so chronically in pain that I had just accepted it was something I had to live with. So very happy with the development.
