Riverine Blue by Berry's Creek cheese is awesome. Buffalo milk for the win. As for the jersey gold, it's delicious but we got burnt way too many times with milk going off way before the use by date. I'm still trying to acquire some raw milk but farmers around here are petrified to sell it.
