"There" in this case was, "are WoT scores the same as social credit scores?"
The answer, was a resounding no: the key difference is user-chosen providers + user-specific perspective, is NOT a single global, centralized rating.

Yeah I heard some of this, and really enjoyed it... I've never quite understood the "social credit score" argument...
That's one of those things that's bad if governments do it, but basically OK for private sector actors. Like censorship, in the context of "Mutes."
