I can't speak for the context and generally agree but some people are at risk poking the government bear. For example, in my experience (all the EPA stuff) they monitor your socials, business accounts, and so on. I knew guys who literally had the EPA's council print full poster boards of facebook posts with memes on them they brought in front of the jury. If you're part of, even a civil investigation they will use anything you post publicly against you, if for no other reason then to shame you in front of a jury. They asked us on a call why the business owners and myself "wiped" our personal facebook accounts of completely personal activity unrelated to business, casually on a phone call with our council. He warned us to try not to look more suspicious, it doesn't look good. If and ABC is watching you, they're watching _everything_ you do, full stop.
