My views on diet have changed a lot this year. Start of the year I discovered Primal from Mark Sisson and fell in love with it. Bit of a Keto/paleo mashup that is less restrictive. Since then I’ve softened a bit on eating things like grains & legumes. The key thing I think is moderation and prioritising the right things. Meat, vegetables & fruit should be the bulk of our calories but there’s also nothing wrong with having a wholly vegetarian meal with grains or legumes as well. God gave us a world with a bounty of foods to enjoy
