Suitspeak and “broadcaster voice” make me gag. I can’t even watch TV or listen to radio any more. Every time someone at the office uses the word “wheelhouse” I want to slap the shit out of them lol.

Plastic fakery, yeah it’s awful. I used to work in news for a brief stint. The way these tv anchors can “switch on” like they do is uncanny. Then on break their voice changes. It’s the strangest thing. Glad I got the hell out of there.
