I had a look at houses on the IOM at the start of the year when I thought we were going to 200k☹️. There's some absolute beauties out there. Needless to say, I'll be staying put for at least another 4 years🙄😂.
I just saw Bolivia and my ears perked up, but then saw over near the EU and lost interest... Not sure how Isle of Man laws are, but staying away from anywhere near the Eu zone 😉
The reason people move there is because it is semi-independant from The UK as a Crown dependency, it also has ZERO CGT, which is the main draw🥳.
