People care the moment they need to transact and can’t. Otherwise they don’t care. Still don’t change the fact that the Coinbase node is doing more work than yours and has more economic value. I’m sorry that bothers you. As a rule nodes are not that important individually. Again Bitcoin is not a democracy so your choice of node software doesn’t matter except to you.

You contradic yourself. Are nodes not important individually or they are important for the individuals? Your thingking is completely messed up. I see that you like to suck corporate dick. If you like it do it. But its not how Bitcoin network works. Bitcoin is decentralized. And all nodes matter.

Yes but a full node I manage helps me transact preserve my own privacy and sovereignty. It does nothing for you. A corporate node makes it possible for the majority of the public to transact who don’t run nodes.

Also don't forget that all Coinbase customers can run their own node and that way they won't need Coinbase at all. So you stating that nodes does not matter individually is a complete and utter bullshit.
