CB has no real rules. The FCC basically stopped regulating it. Folks say whatever the fuck they want. Some play music. Its a free-for all.
FM or AM? 😉
FM on 2M hamm, AM on CB. I see newer CB radios with FM (dual band) but I havent messed with it.
